Собственно зудумался над преобретением этой штуки. Инетерисует функциональнсть, говорят с ее помощью очень хорошо все очищает, краска ржавчина ржавчину она очищает... Кароче, кто имеет такую, или пользовал выскажете свое мнение.

Интересовался такими,но для моих целей ценник получается серьезный,порядка 4-5к$.А работа под ванну приходит пару раз в год:(Хочу поюзать УЗ стиральную машинку для эксперимента,на небольшой детали (типа поршня ДВС)

Может попробовать нарастить ванну обычной краска ржавчина попробовать ее для поршней?

На работе, практически ежедневно используем УЗ ванны для отмывки деталей после токарки-фрезеровки. Незаменимая вещь. Об эффективности можно судить по простому опыту - погрузить тонкую фольгу в работующую ванну, через несколько секунд она покрывается маленькими отверстиями краска ржавчина вмятинами - воздействие так называемой кавитации. Чем ниже рабочая частота, чем более грубую грязь можно отмыть (используем 24 краска ржавчина 44 кГц, мощность от 100 до 400 Вт, объём от 2 до 30 л.). Но глубокую ржавчину краска ржавчина краску не отмоет.

Попробую, о результатах отпишу, краска ржавчина попробую сфотографировать "до краска ржавчина после".

Что за обычная ультразвуковая ванна за 20 баксов которые продаются на радиорынках? У себя я нашол только ретону в продаже. Можете рассказать подробней что єто за штуковины, хотя бы как называюстя, чтоб знать что искать. Ну краска ржавчина характеристики их желательно.

Видел применение ультрозвуковых машин в производстве горячего покрытия жести.Мощная вещь с очень мощными генераторами на лампах(давно дело было).Применялась после травления.

Добрый день!Использую УЗ более 5 лет.После ряда экспериментов с подбором моющих средств краска ржавчина их температурырезультат превзошел ожидания.Мыл корбюратор, форсунки диз двигателя, Сетчатый фильтр для воды (исключительно), очки, хрустальные рюмки краска ржавчина теткины украшения новые покукпать нет необходимости горят.УЗ российского производства литров на 5-6. название не помню.С уважением.

ультразвук ничего не моет сам, моют моющие средства краска ржавчина растворители.ультразвук является побудителем процесса краска ржавчина только.да. подшипники в растворе смс отмываются хорошо
